Competition: German Bundesliga 2015
Market: Dortmund to finish top-four
Odds: 7/1 @ Bet 365
German side Borussia Dortmund are finally getting a run of results together in the league that sees them climbing the table. Jurgen Klopp’s men have recently won three on the bounce to haul themselves from the drop zone, and now closer to the top-half of the Bundesliga. After such a poor start, many were worried where they were going to end up come May, but the Germans appear back on track.
They are now holding out slim hopes of finishing in a Champions League place, but have a big task to make the ground on the teams above them. As things stand, Dortmund are 10 points adrift of the top-four, with 12 games of the season to go. They can’t afford any more slip-ups if they are to achieve their goal of Europe, but they may well have given themselves a mountain to climb.
11 defeats from 22 league games played saw the German outfit languishing at the bottom, but they are finally starting to get results under their belt. Dortmund lost five consecutive league games earlier in the season, but three wins in a row this month has shot them up six places in the table.
